Trouble next to acceptance channel on my HDTV?
Anyways, a few days ago, I accidentally bumped the power switch on the surge protector into which both the TV and Tivo are plugged while both were on. I don't know if that's related, but the subsequent time I tried to watch TV on the coax input then that day, I be missing most of my channels. I bring static on them, but it's like I'm not unloading any broadcasts. I still get a few channel, which come in without fault, and I have no problem getting any channel through the Tivo or another TV. I've tried changing every setting I can reckon of, and I've tried resetting the TV to factory default settings. Does anyone know what could incentive this?
Answers: Autoprogram your TV's tuner before calling it fruitless....
Make sure you are SET FOR CABLE and not AIR or UHF before you start the Autoprogram....
Then if you still don't carry all your stations, it's time to go and get a TV tech .....
contact your cable company and tivo, get a hdtv antenna to receive local hd drain for free.
