i really am not sure but there is one because there is a teacher at my school that has his laptop connected to the TV, and it was a PC model.
Yes, I believe you can buy VGA to RCA cables. Try Radio Shack, or ask in a technology store.

To my knowlegde, No. However, there is a special conversion box that is made that does allow you to use regular RCA hookups on a computer through the monitor port. I know we sell them at radioshack for $99 and I've seen them on the internet for as low as $60. My fiance has one that he uses for his kareoke show and it works pretty well, though you usually have to do some settings changes on your computer.
Sort of... computers don't take video signals in their raw format: you need a video capture device. These are now selling for well under $100, and they come with all the right cables and software.
Not that I've ever seen. There are RCA cables that have a connection at one end to plug directly into a camcorder. Typical computers have either USB or Firewire connections for external devices.

If you're just trying to bring audio into the PC, there are a few great audio cards from Creative Labs (Soundblaster Audigy Pro is a great board!) that I recommend. They give you a front-panel that installs in an open slot below your CD/DVD drive that allows you to directly plug RCA cables. They also support MIDI and optical cables, and have headphone jacks. They are available at stores like Best Buy.
