Improving an analage signal (TV),Signal Booster or Gold Splitter??
i get 2 tvs sharing a aerial and i use a regular cheap splitter, should i get a booster or a better splitter to rearrange BOTH tvs signal??
Answers: Splitters split the power between the two TVs. This loss in power surrounded by a normal reactive splitter is purely over 3dB. (A lossless perfect splitter will with the sole purpose drop 3dB, a better splitter will only gain you a smidgen more, scarcely anything).
The ideal solution is to grasp an amplifier-splitter combination kit. The amp should be at the mast for the best signal.
i have used boosters formerly but with individual one t.v .........mine worked very okay
