Hi..I have a Philips LCD HDTV..Upon turning it on..the screen remainins blank...I can see flashing redlite?

-Flasing red lite is seen on the monitor ( 1 red flash,, few seconds gap again 4 red flahses.)
-Tried turning it off totally for some time and later turn it on..
Nothing seems to work
-My warrenty also expired
-Please suggest..
