I'm sure my own experience was of late a luck of the draw situation, but I found a 25 inch stereo cable ready TV. It be made by General Electric, and I've had it over a decade presently. I'm still enjoying it today.
You never know what could be within a thrift store, they depend on people's donations.
Really, I have never notice a pattern of what kinds/sizes of TVs show up at these places.. adjectives shapes and sizes (well, no high definition, of course)..
