Why don't small TVs have in-built Freeview Tuners?

With the analogue switch-off just a couple of years away, you'd think I can go buy a small telly with an inbuilt digital reciever. But no! Why?

Answer:
No demand for such a product... cost would be too high. Besides, you can get a set top box that will convert it to analog anyway.
