The Tv is brand new and will not display a picture or sound of any antenna or device. When i turn the tv on, the blue screen comes on and after about 1 second the screen goes black, it is still on, just no picture. When I try to put the menu up on the screen, nothing comes up. Is there a reset button anywhere?, I can't find it. Please Help!!
Answer:
The board that powers the backlights is prolly bad. They cant
regulate the voltage to the backlights because theres
something wrong with it.
Take it back and by a Sony or Toshiba LCD. Better overall quality.
