Does coax, composite video, s-video, component video and etc have different screen resolutions?

I just wanna know what resolution all this input resolution is...

Answer:
These are all CABLES, they can't have screen resolutions; however they do support different signals

Use Composite, S-Video for SD video
Coax, component, and HDMI support HD video
yes, slightly. if you have HDMI output between your device, it will have the best result.
otherwise use s-video.
S-Video and Composite CABLES ONLY do Low Definition 480i..

Component, HDMI are Both HI Definition CABLES, and can deliver Low Def 480i also...it's more universal !

Coax CABLE will deliver RF signals like channel 3 and other stations...HERE you have to look at the TYPE of Tuner built into the TV set..

NTSC Tuner -- Low Definition Analog Reception -OBsolete by 2009.

Digital Tuner -- Low Definition (480) but can receive ALL the Digital Stations, along with the older stations.

ATSC Tuner -- TRUE Hi Definition, receives all stations and DELIVERs High Definition Signals to the Display.
