Techwood 42inch plazma widescreen tv?

my techwood tv model twp4210 has a 1inch black line running down the center of screen somtimes its not there. What is causing this?

Answer:
it's more like the scan IC for that section having problem need to replace or re solder. Depend on the model but some model we can't change the scan IC and need to change the whole panel.
Your TV may have been damaged. The pixels in your TV are like tiny light bulbs that light up in a combination of colors to create an image. If the go out they just turn black. You can find out if the pixels are out by placing a magnifying glass over the line and seeing if you can find color in it.
the video processor board in your tv is having trouble converting the video signals presented to it. If it is doing this only on hd stations, or only on certain channels, it could be the hd sat reciever. It sounds like the tv is going out though.
