The best guess is that this is a simple convergence problem. You will need to hav the convergence I C s and possibly a couple of fusible resistors changed out. (SERIOUS NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR SOMEONE NOT SCHOOLED IN TV REPAIR!!)
