parents have merely used it once . disconnected cable and ran freshly the dvd player and the green dots and image are still near. what gives?
Answers: Lower the brightness of the box and the contrast. Turn off the T.V for 10 minutes. Afterwards put it put money on on and see if the image is gone. If it is next remeber to lower the brightness of the tv and leave it that process. If not then your T.V. is stuck the method it is. sorry.
