I have a 42 in Samsung Plasma TV and I notice what can only be described as blue scratches pop on the screen?
Answer:
Well, if it IS UNDER WARRANTY.do get the unit checked.
If is BEST to have the TV failing when the TECH comes to your door.
So if it takes time for it to fail, get it warmed up, even if you have to leave it on overnight.
If it only fails when first started up..DO NOT run it at all until the tech gets there.
You really, really need to call the manufacturer and /or store you purchased it from A.S.A.P. Any one here can try answering your Q, but only the company can fix or replace any defective part. Do so immediately so you are not stuck with a defective T.V. Hopefully warranty is still in effect.
Samsung knows Exactly when their unit will fail, I have seen alot of Samscum units fail right out of warranty.
Although, Sonys are built way better in picture and quality.
