I recently bought a PLASMA at CONN'S and I was ripped off. Who can I report this too? So it won't happen.

The pay off 2406 and I paid out 1100 so I should off only had 1300 left on the pay out and I went back on monday three days later the pay out was 1556.00. What can I do about this??

Answer:
I would email the whole thing to the Better Business Bureau. They are good at getting companies to honor their policies. They helped me get High Def cable on our road after the cable co. lied to me about the whole thing. Companies don't like being listed on the BBB's list, I would give them a try. You will need the address of the company & anything else about the deal, because there is a form to fill out on their site. Good luck.
You got hosed Annie...you got hosed!
1. Store manager - try to get satisfaction there first - you want the guy who runs the whole store, not some lackey, since the manager is the only one who can really "fix" this
2. "Action line" or similar column in your local newspaper
3. Local Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/
