Is my TV on the blink most times when I turn it off it makes a sound like static ( ie crackle crackle) never?

does it when I turn the TV on.

Answer:
a lot of tvs do that its static electricity on the out side of the set better in warm weather worse in cold it will not harm your tv
Nothing not too bad.The static electricity always will on the screan of TV.Against that inside TV works the loop of demagnetization.Or you more often clean the screan with alcohol.
Yup, static electricity. That is why you never, ever take a TV apart unless you really, really know what you are doing. Otherwise there is an almost certain chance you will become a piece of human toast.
