How do i mount a flat screen tv into a cement wall?

i have 42" flat panel television and want to mount it, but the only place that i can do that is on a cement wall? what kind of tools would i need to do this effectively? thanks for the help.

Answer:
Did you buy the mounting system for it. If you didn't don't even try. I have a 42 inch flat screen. It weighs a ton, and you need the installation kit.
nailthat sucker to the wall with ten penny nails and a big hammer.
cement wall? lol i suggest you call proffessionals for that or else you might break your tools. If your too cheap get a drill and the mounting brackets for the t.v. and drill the appropriate holes into the wall. Make sure you find a weak spot and dont drill through brick lol. Also when drilling spray water at the drill tip so it doesnt overheat and break.
drill and cement screws.
u need a drill with a drill bit. and a wall plug and screws. and lastly u need brackets to hold ur tv up. THe bit depends on the size of the brakets hole and that also determines the size of the screws and wall plugs. i wish i could elaborate more. and also dont worry about over heating or breaking the bit. cuz ur not drilling into a rock wall...its just cement and the depth wont be deep cuz its just the length of the screw. Its simple if u know what ur doing.
You need an electric drill with a masonry drill bit and some lead anchors to fit the holes and some screws to fit the lead anchors. Drill the holes, hammer the anchors into the holes and screw the screws into the anchors and hang the tv on the screws.
First, go to your local hardware store, and ask for a 1/2" anchor bolt. You'll need a drill and a masonry drill bit. measure out your mounting hardware, drill the holes, then pound in the anchors, they are made of a lead/zinc mixture that expands when you tighten the bolts.
Let me assume I know what weight, fittings supplied and depth front to back the TV is

I would suggest several appropriately length nails, one in each corner of the screen and another in the centre just to be on the safe side

You will need a Hilti Masonry Nail Gun, permit to use it, appropriate safety equipment,

If all that fails read the ******g instructions.

Mikes nails may be too short
