Zenith is "Modularized" .You can only get Modules, not parts. The signal board is your problem.Expect about a $400 module replacement cost..
This is what technicians call a thermal problem. When the tv warms up it mafunctions. It is probably a component in the color cuircuit, such as the 3.58 mhz color oscillator crystal, that is changing value after the tv warms up. To isolate the problem there is a freeze spray that is used to spray the compnents.
Wow fancy that ! no color fault caused by component in color circuit ! I have never had a sub carr xtal fault ( is a monochrome crystal different from a color one then !!.?
Only advice that is possible is to take it to a repair shop and ask for an estimate !Cheers Pete
