Recommendations looked-for for a TV and a DVD recorder, please....?
I'm thinking of buying a new TV soon. Any recommendation or things to avoid? Sony or another make? Currys, Dixons, Comet, John Lewis or somewhere else? LCD or plasma?
Maybe also a DVD recorder... any thoughts on those? I've never have one before so anything to look out for would be great.

Sony DVD recorder followed closely by Panasonic.
Comet deal beside all 3 make + a few other reputable firms.
You can usually get better deal by searching on the pattern.
Try and see the various ones within your price range contained by action previously you buy, then you won't be disappointed beside the performance when you seize it home.
SONY for LCD panel TV sets, and projection units.
Mitsubishi for DLP projector unit.
Toshiba has righteous prices on the HD-DVD PLAYERS, they can play the older DVDs. If you choose to bring back a Blu-Ray make sure it can play the elder DVDs too.
And there is no HD-DVD recorder out there.
If you choose a DVD recorder, it will merely Record in Low Definition. It's because the Motion Picture Industry considered necessary it that way.
As for which store to purchase it from, I find better prices online.
