Which a better brand between Samsung, Panasonic, or Sharp? as far as plasma tv's travel. Thanks?
Answers: The other day I go and looked at a 1080p Panasonic and a 720p Samsung. I adjusted some of the settings and overall I still similar to the Samsung's picture more. Never thought I would say I like the picture of a 720p over a 1080p.
Maybe you might want to consider an LCD TV instead of plasma. It has roughly the same picture trait, at about like price. The upside is that it will use about partially the energy of a plasma.
I, too, would recommend considering an LCD next to a 1080p resolution. I just bought a Sharp 42" aquos (LC-42d64U), and so far, it is dazzling.
A major piece to consider is that plasmas have a resolution of 1024x768. Meanwhile, LCDs hold resolutions up to 1920x1080 (for 1080p). If you plan on using the tv as a computer monitor, or to play hd dvd's, or to use a high expiration game system, the LCD type is probably better. Plasmas own their merits too, but seem to be on their process out.
Just my opinion, unsurprisingly.
sony is the best.....then samsung, later sharp then panasonic.
self reccommend getting one a little smaller near better resolution 1080P or 1920 x 1080.you want the sharpest picture.the best one for the money

LCDs have a plastic matte peak;very fragile.
Plasma have a glass blind.
If you have children and the LCD is hit, it is done.
