LCD TV or LCD Monitor?
I want a minimum 22 inch LCD Monitor.
I have 2 game consoles and my PC.
I want to be able to connect all three at the same time to the display.
If I buy LCD Monitor: Better resolution / Better clarity but No component inputs/No HD inputs (at the lower end)
If I buy a LCD TV: Bigger screen (32" -42") , HD inputs, Component inputs. Worse resolution/ Worse response time..
The LCD TV sounds like a good option from this end. However, I have yet to see a LCD TV that I can comfortably use like a monitor with my PC. The text on LCD TVs does not clear to me.
Is there any LCD TVs 32" to 42" that could replace a monitor that you can recommend?
Answer:
Take a SERIOUS look at the Sony Bravia Line of LCD TVs.
I know they have PC inputs on the SRX projos, but that's not what you're asking for.
I believe I have seen the PC connections on those, but I haven't seen one in about 5 months...
Sony's picture quality has always been at the top.
lcd tv only good if you watch tv on computer, other then that monitor got high resoulution, so get monitor
23" Toshiba LCD TV with PC Inputs. HDTV 720p
or a 40" Sony Bravia..
Any with full 1920 X 1080 and HDMI inputs. You need a video card with DVI-D output.
here's a link on ebay where you can read reviews of them by ebay members.
