Just got a new TV but the sound is a bit crackly...just wondered what settins might need changed etc?

I have checked to see the scart plug is firmly in so unless its faulty i dont have a clue.

Answer:
did you use auto tuning ? or if its a digital tv you may need a new aerial
depending on the make of the tv, will depend on the set-up of the volume adjustment.

best press the menu button, and just adjust each settings.

BUT i think that you will be wasting your time, sounds like the speakers in the tv have given up the ghoust already, if it's a tosh then def yes!!.

Take it back to the shop and let them deal with the prob.

Hope this helps wg
