VISCO LCD TV--- my dad bought it for me. I need tech advice?

Its a 20" LCD, without HD, but it can be retrofitted, right? I heard the government will be giving out coupons or something to buy adaptors, so that's no big deal? Anyone had this TV or heard of it? I've never heard of Visco, but one reviewer on overstock.com said it was excellent... so my dad bought it. Should I return it or keep it when it comes?

Answer:
Don't look a "gift horse" in the mouth.
Just be glad your DAD bought it for you..
Its another one of those junk tvs that you will never beable to get parts for because there so cheap you dont want to fix it.

Look at the specs, you prolly have a SD tv, see if you have an ATSC and a NTSC tuner.
They have the best prices presently and are putting price pressure on the other manufacturers.
Most of the panels are made in only a few places, so they are pretty much generic.
I have seen them advertise 32" LCD for $485.00
