Do you still have local channels on Dish? Then CW6 is probably not the only channel that's missing.
Is CW6 the only channel missing? If so, then there may be a carriage issue between that station and Dish. Nothing you can do about it but wait or complain to either Dish or CW6.
Assuming we're talking about WSTQ in Syracuse, the Dish channel is 7630.
I wouldn't be able to tell you because i have no idea what channel that is. beside's I get the Simpson's on the fox network not the CW network.
