their is only one tv that i know of te has usb connections, the new samsung 74 model.
so techineally yes it can be done, the tv will cost £999 ( shop price ).

i doubt it. theres several reasons why it won't work.
the format in which the video is recorded most likely will not play on your TV as it does not have the right codecs to decode it.
another reason is that USB port is most likely a method of sending video signals from a PC and not meant for a USB drive, unless you can actually access files.
best thing to do is try it and read the manual.
