Hey some of the people aren't too far off. If the TV was a popular item for sale where you live maybe someone, who lives close to you, has the same TV. Also with all of the universal remotes out there someone may have one that is running really close to your frequency to power your TV. We are the remote generation.
It could be that someone is controling your tv with their PSP.
Disconnect everything thats plugged to the TV and see if that helps.
If your TV would be hit by lightning, you'd be hit too. lmao
