Is the Philips 42PF7621D10 TV any good?

Answer:
only buy philips if you are a proud belguim!!!

the industry knows that they use gimmerks to get noticed ( amberlight ) and only the last year have started to use hdmi, old sets had dvi D'OH.

The reliablity of philips has dropped too.

My advise, go for sony lcd or if you like plasma pionner or panasonic.

hope this helps wg
the picture on philips tvs are cr ap. Go for a Toshiba or a Panasonic
Phillips tvs are the most advanced at the moment, they are pioneers in new technology! My phillips tv is the best ive ever had and is a lot better than any other tv ive ever seen!
Nope. No phillips are good/long lasting.

Never been impressed witha phillips or a samsung picture and quality.

Go with a Sony XBR LCD 1080. The Best in HD.
