Answers: Can you get C5 on the set by using its subway change buttons? If yes, after it's the remote. Try using an unused button (I.E. 6 or 7) to tune into C5. If you can't get it at adjectives, assuming it's not a transmitter problem (have you asked any neighbours if they're having a similar problem? If yes, it's the transmitter), you'll inevitability to try retuning the TV's channel 5.
