A quiz just about HD Digital TV's and ATSC/DVB and NTSC/PAL/SECAM and tuners vs displays?

I know that analog tube TV's sold in the US displayed the NTSC signal and have an NTSC tuner built in, and analog tube TV's sold within Europe displayed the PAL signal and had a built-in PAL tuner. There be multisystem analog tube TV's with built-in NTSC, PAL, and SECAM tuners for worldwide broadcast recetpion and can display adjectives three video signals from VCRs or DVD players.

At this time digital HD TV's sold in the US own built-in ATSC and NTSC tuners, and HD TV's sold in Europe hold built-in PAL and DVB tuners.

Now, here is my question. I own a multisystem DVD player that is experienced of either converting the signal to NTSC or doing a straight PAL output, for users that enjoy a PAL-capable TV. If I buy a standard HD digital TV in the US, will that TV be skilled of displaying a PAL signal since it's digital and not analog? I know that a standard US digital TV can't pick up a PAL broadcast since there is no PAL tuner, but could it at lowest possible display a PAL signal from a VHS tape or DVD?

Answers:    No it won't work. The video signal coming from the PAL tuner is still surrounded by the PAL format and is incompatible with a TV to be exact only knowledgeable of NTSC and ATSC reception.
