i just purchased an innovage jumbo universal remote. i cannot get it to work for either tv's in my apt. i did not use fresh batteries.. but the led light functions and blinks when i enter a code/make an error. does anyone know the web site, or has had any problems like this? ty

They are tied up with " Three Sixty Sourcing Ltd.", which is partners with " Vivita", " Disney", " Warner Brothers". I tried to get some codes or get them to send an instruction manual to me so I could send instructions to tons of people who are having all sorts of trouble with their remotes, like the codes will not work or something related. I think you should get after them & tear a strip off them, because I think they have ripped off lots of people like you. Hope I helped. Good luck.
