Sony/Samsung?

I have an xbox 360 and am going to get an lcd tv and i just wondered which of the two are best for gaming.

Answer:
I'm going to reinforce what the previous poster said about Samsung. I've worked on TVs since 1979. Samsung is a relatively new manufacturer (at least to big time production levels) to enter the scene. Sony has been around for a long time. Why? Several reasons. They're well designed, reliable, relatively easy to service, service support is second to none, excellent parts support, and great service manuals. Samsung can't even come close to stating this. They might be pretty good, one day, as they're trying very hard to be number one. So far, my money is on the Sony product line. In fact, I just bought the Sony Bravia LCD last July and love it.
I can't comment on lcd tvs but in my experience Sony's products are much better than Samsung's. Everytime I bought anything from Samsung, it malfunctioned after about 6 months. No joke.
I have a 23 inch Samsung LCD and a 55 inch samsung Plasma both are great no problems for 2 years.
