Is it possible to buy "extension cords" for a cable connection?..?
Answer:
yeah what you'll need is a "double female" connector that is used to connect the exsisting cable (from the wall or floor) and get a rather long piece of cable to so you can connect the two and then to the tv if i have confused your sorry try asking someone as radio shack/circuit city
You can just buy a longer coax cable, sold in most stores electronics sections.
There are also gender changers or extenders that you can connect two coax cables together. Not as good as a single cable, but will work okay. You will get better reception with a single cable.
Check out a Radio Shack.
Radio Shack... all you need is a longer cable.
they have an inline adapter to make a longer connection or they make a splitter if you need 2 connections for a couple bucks at radio shack or walmart
Yes you can.
It's called an F-81 connector & if you were to look at it you will see that you can screw your cable into both sides, basically just a splice in the line. Then take what ever length of cable you need, add 2 connectors (RG-6) to each end & you've got yourself a cable extension.
Careful putting the ends on not to short your ground to your center conductor or just have the local elect. store make one up..
