42" LCD TV for games?

i want to buy this TV as it is 1920x1080 1080i and great value for money but i am worried that it wont work good for games. From what i have heard the refresh rate on LCD tvs is noticably less then a PLASMA TV when watch fast movement or playing games. is this correct??

the tv is this one TOSHIBA 42WLT66

if the LCD is not good fast enough for games etc is there a plasma that i can get with full 1080 for a good price like this one?

Any LCD with the response time of 8ms or less is perfectly fine for games. Since Toshiba did not listed the response time for this LCD, i really can't tell. All the the reviews i found doesn't mention any problems with fast moving motion on this LCD. Doesn't seem to have any issues with Xbox 360 games.
No LCD for playing fast moving games. Use a standard CRT, it's much cheaper or a plasma that has much better collors.
I have a 42 inch LCD and I havent seen any issues. I have a WII .dont know about any issues with the ps3 or xbox 360
