Help me compare LCD to DLP for a small garage television. Can you recommend a brand or model? Thanks.?

This is for a garage TV, no more than 20" or so. I also want HDTV. My concerns are price, picture quality, and whether I will have to buy any other components. I have Comcast. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.
