Who offers the best value for a T.V.?
Answer:
Hitachi Projection TV 51F59.$900 at Best buy, and Circuit City.
TRUE 1080i Native resolution with one HDMI and 2 component inputs.
The PIP shows amazing differences between a Low definition and a High Definition signal..
Comes with a Digital tuner, which is 480 output, but it's razor sharp and clean for a low def tuner that gets all the High Def stations..
I liked it so much I bought one and installed a High Def reciever on it..Been watching the basketball games on PIP and the detail is awesome.good price too.and RELIABLE compared to LCD, DLP or Plasma TVs..
This is a 37 it probably the biggest at your price range for a flat panel lcd from Best Buy

Eck, walmart! Seriously if you're going to spend a grand on a tv dont do it at walmart, I recommend a wholesale club (Sams, BJs, CostCo,etc) They have a much better selection and cheaper price than places like Walmart. Also, check the clearance/outlet and open box specials @ places like Best Buy and Circuit City, you can sometimes find that diamond in the rough. I would also avoid projection and go either lcd or plasma, and dlp is just plain awesome. Otherwise research online (froogle.com).
For value I go with DLP. Please buy your electronics from an electronics store, they will better serve you in the future if any problems arise.
hahaa, how is walmart anybetter then samclub! They are the same!
All walmart TVs are junk. You want value and quality go with the names below
Sony
Toshiba
Mitsubishi
Hitachi
Pioneer Elite
Anything else is junk.
You can probably get the best price at big swap meet.
