How do I clean the screen of my HD DLP rear projection tv?

Answer:
EEEEEEK! Don't use Windex Wipes or Detergent!

Some screens have a "chemical glazing" on them for anti-glare!

I've seen some TVs where the customer used Windex and the glazing has come off, it leaves quarter-sized spots where the glazes is MISSING!! And to replace that screen will cost you $400 !

So, for $20..GO to Radio Shack and purchase the MONSTER Screen Cleaning KIT..it comes with a Microfiber cloth and a bottle of special Plastic Screen Cleaner, BUILT to clean your screen and not remove any glazing.

I use it all the time.A whole bottle will last you the life of your TV...
Windex wipes, but if you don't want to buy the wipes, spray it on the paper towel and wipe it like that. No runny liquids.
i would wipe the screen with a soft cloth containing a mild detergent then spray the screen with distilled water to remove any residues then dry it with soft paper towelling
