We have a sylvana. Itdoesn't have to do with our dish. The piceure went away. What might be wrong with it and how can we fix it. Step by step instructions please.

My tv stuffed up once n ost the picture, but it should have a warranty so try calling the store you got it from or the manufactorer. They should send someone to fix it or tell you what to do over the phone. Im sure youll find a number on the instructions or help book, that you can call for help.
If it is new
1. Put it in its original box
2. Return it to the store in which your purchased it
