Am looking to source a DMTECH 32" lcd tv with integrated dvd?

anyone any ideas who has stock, the usual outlets seem to be out, and if anyone has one do they rate it

Answer:
if you really want a tv with built in dvd then dmtech are the BEST for it, being round for 4 years, and everything they do ( compared with other manufactuers who do the same ) is much superior.

Comet sell them www.comet.co.uk around the £600.

The only reason i can think of that you really want this tv is to wall mount, and thereofre not have the hassel of cables hanging down.

If not then go with all the other comments above.

Hope this helps wg
That's not a good idea. What happens when the DVD craps out? You have to take the whole unit in to the shop. I've worked on many, many combo units and had to deal with just as many unhappy customers. The difficulty in working on this type of unit jacks up the repair cost a lot. Plus, you're without a TV the entire time the DVD is getting repaired. Did you consider this possibility? Since I've never heard of DMTECH, I'm going to assume it's a cheap chinese or korean product which is going to have a high failure rate when compared to a name brand unit. Another thing to think about.
DM-Tech, like all the cheapo brands has a well deserved reputation for poor build quality, poor picture quality and poor sound quality. You will have to get it repaired before the guarantee runs out and after it runs out, too. They are simply not reliable - that is why they are cheap...

Spend a few more pounds and you will be able to buy a TV that offers so much more, in every respect.
I'm wary about buying an DVD/TV combo, but DMTech has a relatively good reputation. I work for a high-end electrical retailer, and we do stock them, but only in the smaller screen sizes.

I think we *did* have the 32" version of this model in stock, but it's been discontinued.
to be honest with you , I have installed a lot of these the picture aint great and the dvd part has a tendancy to break down. Think twice if I was you. If you still want one have you tried www.kelkoo.co.uk
