okay i hav a virgin plus hd box and was watching eastenders but subtitles be on so switched them past its sell-by date pressed okay to save and my TV came up a blackscreen near no signal flashing up
i have tried the reset button ive switched everyting past its sell-by date and then on again the box is fully working as i can move channel etc but i cant see the picture plz give a hand
