as per i knw its a new flat screen panel which uses CRT.sounds interesting so i have taken up the topic i have another week to go for the seminar.anyone who knows abt this plz forward me the info..shall wait for the response

I found some info. SED stands for : SURFACE conduction ELECTRON-emitter DISPLAY, thus SED. The technology allows for an extremely thin flat panel, but with the same basic characteristics as CRT. Here is the link that will expand on that :
