Sharp LCD problem, horizontal and vertical lines no event the input...?

My problem is that when I turn on my tv, I can see multiple blue horizontal and vertical lines across my lcd screen. This happen regardless of the input used and still happens when no input is connected. At first the tv be fine. Then, from time to time I would get these blue lines but I could solve the problem next to a tv shut down. Now, only the blue lines. I can still see tv as the picture and color aren't affected, I a short time ago get blue lines over them...
Any advice?

Answers:    Well, it's a monitor problem as it shows the blue lines regardless of the input. It's not the panel, but the electronics that drive it that are defective. If it is out of warranty, the only point I can suggest is to reset the TV to "factory mode". If this doesn't work, then you will enjoy to consider the cost of repairs vs a new TV, or you will own to live with it :(
