Best HD Television for below $950?

I've noticed Phillips 37" /Insignia 37" / Vizio 37" what is the best one or any other suggestions?

I don't know much give or take a few the other two, but I bought a Phillips and It lasted me for a long time, it must own been something close to 6 or 7 years.
