Answers:    This is a honourably generic fan. at .08 amp, this is pretty slow and silent. here is a USA source of fans. You may enjoy to cut the wires off your older fan and reuse for the correct nouns.
I would look for something at .1 amp or less. Also look at the rumpus spec. below 20 db is pretty quiet. above 25 is stating to bring back loud. The more Air flow in Cubic Feet Minute (CFM) and Higher RPM's connote more Noise. So you will have to use judgement to select. If you want to check out, you can acquire some wires and hook it a Car battery or other 12 vdc source for check out. Assure the adherent is not running backwards, If so reverse the wires.
