Which TV would be best for gaming?

Answer:
You need a TV with a tube(non-plasma,non-LCD,non-fl...
That's a tough choice. With plasma, you can get potential burn in, if you play one game too much or you have a game paused too much. But, you get the fast response time of the plasma. Then, LCD does not have burn in, but does have slower response time. In newer generations of LCDs, ghosting or motion blur are less obvious.

I personally have plasma, but mostly watch movies and TV. I play video games about 10% of the time.

Also, what size are you looking for? Plasmas start at 42", where LCDs start at 20".
I would go with a CRT direct view for gaming. One that can handle direct view high resolution images. Look for CRT that supports progressive scan & features component in-puts or at least multiple S-video inputs, so you can connect your gaming system and DVD player without using a switch box, as these add video distortion.
