Why doesn't cablevision carry espn2hd and espnu?

I get ESPN2 in HD, but some of my channels do not work all the time. If you check their listings and it does have it on the listings, call your cable company. They can instruct you on how to check the signal coming into your house. I had a very weak signal and wasn't getting about 12 different channels.
