Which HDTV manufacture has the strongest HD Tuner in its TV?

I am looking for a chart or stats. I have bought 2 hdtv and Sony has a stronger tuner than Samsung.

It changes from year to year, manufacturer to manufacturer. For consistently good performance, it's hard to beat a Sony. RCA has had some wonderful tuners over the years. Their HD sets, though, I kinda wonder about. You can't go wrong with Sony.
