Considering Getting a Humax LCD TV. Opinions Please?

Does anyone know what these TV's are like? They look good in the shop but what are they like to live with.

Picture quality etc.

Thank you

Answer:
LCD tv's are great. The picture quality is superb and you don't have to worry about all the headaches that come from plasma tv's. Plasma is definitely not the way to go, as they break easily and are very expensive to repair. Not to mention that they have to be mounted in the wall.
With and LCD, you just set it up and plug it in like a regular tv.
You may have to unplug it from the wall every now and then to reset it, at least I have to do that with mine, but other than that I never have any trouble with it.
Well.FIRST don't expect repair parts.

Second, is this going to REPLACE your MAIN TV in your house?

I might consider one as a SECONDARY TV, as the Kids aren't gonna die without it..

But how about YOU or your WIFE? Wifey's favorite TV show comes on and that TV takes a DUMP right at the cresendo of the show...

DaaaaaViiiiiieeee! Why'd you buy this piece of ****.I just missed THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE SHOW!!
Then she gets on her NAG-asaki and RIDES YOU all night long .

Was it worth the money?
You'd better have a backup for that Unit..
True dat. These off brand names will not have repair parts, and their electronics are going to be crap. Like vizio, samsung.

Be safe andbuy a Sony.
