How can I setup my own freeview TV channel like E4,etc?

First I should know what type of tv you have?
If you have manual tuning tv selece the chennel programme no. then select band 1 and tune it .
If you have automatice tuning tv through the menu select the tuning mode than select manual serch mode than select forE4 select band 1 and serch , For E6 select band 2 and serch.
That tv doesn't have manual serch select auto tuning and serch.
For E4 frequency range is 62.75Mhz you have to add 7Mhz for next chennel accordingly.
