I just got a zune and was wondering if I hook up the zune to my hdtv and the zune was playing a hd tv show or movie will it display in hd quality on the tv

Unless you hook up your Zune to your HDTV with Component or and HDMI cable, which I'm almost positive the Zune does not support either, then you cannot get the HD quality out of the Zune through your tv. Remember, it's not true high defintion unless you're getting a true high-defintion signal. 1080p is currently the highest resolution, surpassing 1080i by almost twice the defintion.
