Optimum Cable or Satellite?Witch is better?IO has free HD channels & 9 Cinemax channels.?

Directv charges $9.99 a month for HD and only has 3 cinemax channels.They both have MLB Extra Innings. I'm paying $81 for Directv with Total Choice,SKY TV,& 3 Cinemax channels for $12.99 a month.I would get 9 for $9.99 with IO and Free HD.I would be paying $77.
