Who knows how to rechannel or channel programming my sony kv-29st90, its made in Japan ?

I cant understand the menu coz its in japanese ..does anyone know what to press so i can reprogram the channels...or does anyone have a copy of the manual for this tv..sony kv-29st90 (japanese) thanks a lot..

Most TVs support multiple languages.
So it is highly likely the TV has an English menu option as well.
Setup is usually at the bottom of a menu list or has a tool-like icon, see if you can see "English" in any of the menus to change the OSD to English.
