Obviously, the buzzing sound is coming from the inside. the electric wiring is looking fine, nothing doesn't give the impression of being out of place(ok, truthfully, I'm dumb with the name and types of televisions, so I won't be capable of tell you what the heck type my TV is...sorry).
The built-in VCR and DVD player won't turn it on when it usually does(which sucks because my mom's video video is still inside the VCR and I can't eject it). Oh, one clue for a solution:
My sister was watching it beforehand it turned off on its own. She say it might've been a "power surge" which is not certainly true. So should I buy a new one or gain it fixed?
Answers: what you could do is take it to a TV repair shop and see if it can be fixed, but if they are inept to repair it then my suggestion is for you to capture a new TV.best of luck to you
